Consigning with us is quick and easy. Here are some important things to know:

How it works:

Fill out the form

Fill out the consignment form with your contact information, how you would like to be paid, and what you would like to do with special case items. This is not an official contract. We will email you the official contract once we review inquiries.

Drop off your items

Drop your things off at our North Shore location. Please have everything you would like to consign in bags or boxes (Preferably bags that you don’t want back - we reuse them). We also offer a pick up service for those residing in the North Shore.

Item assessment

We carefully examine each item and determine if its ready to go, or needs some TLC. Don’t hesitate to bring us anything and everything - we want to see it all! If items need to be cleaned or repaired, there is a $5-$15 fee depending on number of items needing cleaning and repairs*.

Pricing

We sort and price items according to condition, style, material, and brand. Natural materials and brand names do sell best.

Selling

We market and sell your items. We try to sell items as fast as we can, but if you give us a winter coat in the middle of summer it may take some time. Do not let this deter you from bringing things in!

Get paid!

We do a 50/50 split and pay out via cash or virtual payment. Typically, we pay out quarterly. This is so you can get a lump sum and usually more money (the more time we have to sell, the more things we can sell, the more money we can make!).

 Additional Information

  • If we can, we try to do all of our cleaning and repairs in house. We determine if an item is worth repairing based on the price we would sell it at cleaned and/or repaired. Not every piece will be worth cleaning or repairing. We will contact you prior to any cleaning or repairs.

    Fee breakdown:

    • Regular wash (hand or machine) or spot clean $5

    • Repair small holes or pulls (less than 5 stitches) $5

    • Repair holes in knitwear $10

    • Repaint soles, touch up scuffs on shoes $15

  • Anything that is not able to be sold, cleaned, or repaired and is beyond wear or use is sent to textile recycling.

  • You are more than welcome to pick up any unsold items at any time. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the time you intend to pick up so we can gather your items.
